All Site materials — including images, illustrations, text, audio clips, and video clips — are protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by Providers. Materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download materials solely for personal use while maintaining copyright notices, but may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit content without written consent.

All software on the Site is proprietary or licensed. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, reverse assemble, sell, lease, or distribute any software. Export compliance is required; you represent that you are not in a prohibited country and not on any denial lists.

Content submitted via email, forms, messages, ideas, or suggestions becomes company property. You may not upload materials containing viruses, worms, trojan horses, time bombs, or similar contaminating or destructive features.

By submitting your email address, you permit MilitaryFares to send travel updates and newsletters. The company reserves service denial rights. You confirm legal adult status and agree that posts become company property. Illegal or copyrighted content is prohibited. MilitaryFares does not vouch for posting accuracy or legality.

The booking engine uses artificial intelligence that mimics travel agent searches. The system sometimes combines multiple fares or books round trips when cheaper than one-way options. The company implements over 40 years of ticket issuance knowledge and continuously improves its system.

For airline-direct charges, purchases occur in airline names using USD. Cross-border transactions may incur card issuer fees.

Most airline fees and tickets are non-refundable. Refundable fares are handled by agents with a standard $65-per-ticket voluntary refund fee (waived for Premium-Platinum support). Involuntary refunds charge $18 (waived for Premium-Platinum). Refunds calculate from base ticket amounts only; insurance and ancillary services are excluded. Airlines may offer travel vouchers valid within 365 days. Original ticketing fees of $70 per ticket remain non-refundable.

No fare is guaranteed until ticketed, as prices change daily or hourly. Verification procedures may result in fare changes during processing. All reservations require full passport names, dates of birth, gender, and passports valid more than six months until expiration. Visa and entry requirements should be verified independently.

The Site contains links to unmaintained third-party sites provided for convenience. The company makes no endorsement and bears no representation regarding the content on such sites. Third-party access occurs at your own risk.

Services and materials are provided "AS IS." The company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The company disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free functions, or virus-free systems. Users bear all costs from Site use.

The company and Providers are not liable for damages to, or viruses infecting, user equipment, or for any injury, loss, claim, damage — including indirect or consequential damages — arising from Site use. Aggregate liability cannot exceed itinerary charges. Claims must be brought within one (1) year of occurrence.

MilitaryFares acts as an agent for travel providers but bears no responsibility for breach of contract or any actions or omissions causing loss or delay. The company does not guarantee provider rates or bookings and is not responsible for disruptions from bankruptcy, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, labor problems, or events of force majeure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming. Unlawful provisions are severable.

You agree to defend and indemnify the company, Providers, and Distributors from claims arising from Site use, including third-party actions.
